Optimise agility with Intelligent Retrospectives
In the face of rapid technology development and disruption Monetical’s Intelligent Retrospective module enables individuals and teams to efficiently understand how they can:
create a culture of continuous learning
streamline retrospective ceremonies with 100% team engagement
focus on the underlying challenges, rather than the symptoms
leverage the expertise of communities, organisation or their peers
effectively identify & socialise emerging best practices
1 - DIGITAL COMMENTS
Retrospective encourages Coaches, Scrum Masters or Facilitators to ask team members to consider their feedback ahead of a team retrospective.
Participants receive an email request to submit their comments directly to a digital board; they can quickly input their own anonymised comments or select from a library of over 1,000 standardised comments.
2 - UNCOVERING COMMENT THEMES
As the comments are returned, unstructured retrospective comments are organised into common themes, which can be explored in the retrospective.
This mapping exploits one of Monetical’s core artificial intelligent backbones. A constantly expanding library of structured retrospective comments, which are each directly linked to a series of recommended consulting advice.
3 - ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Should the Team not find suitable paths to improvement within the linked recommended consulting advice, the integrated root cause analysis feature, will guide them. Both the predefined root cause pathways and the ability to create custom pathways will certain provide the guidance the Team requires.
4 - CORRECTIVE MEASURES
Having identified the underlying root cause or accepted the structured community comments, the team is presented with a library of recommended consulting advice (i.e. performance improvements). All they’re required to do then, is assign it for adoption.
Value ratings are on hand, from previous programs, to help the selection process.
5 - RETROSPECTIVE WORD CLOUD
Dynamically generated Word Cloud reveals most popular Retrospective comments.
